Nakuru County now ripe for Investment
Project updates
Nakuru was recently ranked as the second richest county in Kenya after Nairobi by Gross County Product Report 2019. The County contributed 6.1% share of the Gross Domestic Product and this was made possible by agriculture which is the county’s mainstay. The county is also home to Kenya’s flower farms, one of the country’s foremost foreign exchange earners.
Last year, Nakuru County received more than Ksh 1B from the World Bank for urban growth projects and it is also set to become a city. All these factors will lead to appreciation of land prices in the area and real estate investors are set to reap gains from their investments
