Title Deeds Delivered for Greenfields - Kangundo Rd
Project updates
We have delivered title deeds for our Greenfields - Kangundo Rd project. This is good news for our clients who can now develop their property or resell it in future.
We are glad to be enabling our clients to own affordable land ideal for residential development. This has been the Company’s greatest contribution to the Government’s Affordable Housing Agenda.
For Kenyans clients the title deeds were issued in the Company’s offices while for diaspora clients the title deeds are delivered to them during the Company’s Diaspora Tours to USA, United Kingdom, Qatar among others, also the title deeds are shipped via their preferred courier service or issued to their Lawyers upon formal request from the client.
The road leading to Greenfields – Kangundo Rd has now been murramed. This has increased the accessibility of the project from Kangundo Road. It will now take you less than five minutes to access the project from tarmac.
